Our owner and founder, Crystal Smiley, began her career in the travel industry more than 25 years ago, planning corporate travel in the beginning, then quickly moving into leisure travel with the trusted AAA Travel organization in South Central Pennsylvania.
After establishing a successful career in preparing independent vacations, Crystal eventually saw a need to book small group travel (less than 30 travelers) and decided to take the leap of faith to branch out on her own and launched Journease Travel Specialists in 2015 in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and has only looked forward as the agency continues to experience new growth.
As a boutique travel agency, we provide premium planning services from start to finish. Being small allows us to offer you a more personalized experience. However, it does not limit our competitive abilities, as we are affiliated with one of the largest sellers of luxury travel, cruise and tours in the industry, thus ensuring our clients receive a high quality vacation experience at a good value.
